Finally got round to running the file for this through all the requisite ebook validation services. Two hours and some swearing later (Ibis Reader is choking on chapter 1 for reasons I cannot yet determine), the ebook is ready, and available for download here:
This version of the book is only a step above the AO3 auto-converted version, with the main included amenities being slightly cleaner structure (no summaries and whatnot in each chapter) and endnotes. Feel free to convert to any format you like, and let me know if there are any errors. Enjoy
